“Bryan’s Flooring is much more than a company to me. It is a legacy built on faith, hard work, sacrifice, and the values my parents, Pat and Gloria Bryan, instilled from the very beginning.

In 1978, my mom and dad stepped out in faith and started this company from nothing. My dad worked tirelessly to build the business, with my mom by his side, supporting him and helping lay the foundation for what Bryan’s Flooring would become. Through their determination, perseverance, and commitment to doing things the right way, they built a thriving company here in Oklahoma City.

I am incredibly proud of the reputation they established. Integrity, honesty, and character have always meant more to us than simply making a sale or completing a job. These values are the foundation of who we are and what I believe sets Bryan’s Flooring apart. We are a kingdom-focused company, I believe we have a responsibility to honor God in the way we conduct business and serve our community.

When I walk these halls, I am reminded that I am walking on the foundation my parents built nearly five decades ago. I feel a tremendous sense of gratitude and responsibility to honor their sacrifices, protect their legacy, and continue building on what they started.

Perhaps what makes this legacy even more meaningful to me is the hope that my children will one day be part of Bryan’s Flooring. My prayer is that I can set the same example for my children that my parents set for me. An example not only in how to build a successful business, but in how to live a life grounded in faith, lead with integrity, and always do what is right, even when it is difficult. My parents gave me more than a company; they gave me an example to follow. I hope to give my children that same gift.
